Chocolate Strawberries


How to Make Infused Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

What you’ll need:

1 Blu Kudu milk or dark chocolate bar
1 Blu Kudu cookies and cream bar
1 package of CBD Full Melt Caramels
10 large strawberries
2 sauce pots
2 heat safe bowls
1 rubber spatula
1 cooking thermometer

Recipe notes: It’s important to keep your cook temperature below 200 degrees F to prevent cannabinoids from cooking out.

Step 1: Heat 3-4 inches of water in one of your sauce pots over medium heat.
Step 2: Break the milk or dark chocolate bar into pieces and place in one of your heat proof bowls. Once the water is heated, place the bowl of chocolate into the water and stir occasionally as it melts. Use your cooking thermometer to keep the temperature of the chocolate under 200 degrees, and adjust the heat as needed.
Step 3: Once the chocolate is melted, remove from heat. Holding the strawberries by the stem, dip them one at a time into the chocolate. Twist slightly to wipe away excess chocolate. Place on a non-stick surface (foil, parchment paper, etc.).
Step 4: Refrigerate the strawberries for one hour to allow the chocolate to harden.
Step 5: While the strawberries are cooling, repeat step 2 with the cookies and cream bar and follow these instructions to melt the CBD caramels
Step 6: Once your chocolate dipped strawberries are cooled, and your toppings are melted, it’s time to decorate! I half dipped some of my strawberries in the cookies and cream, and drizzled the CBD caramel over the rest, but it’s always fun to get creative!
